Uvimblot Fresh Market reserves the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer, or to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Orders, Delivery, and Fulfillment

Upon placing an order on our catalog, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Delivery Zones: We currently operate fulfillment strictly within designated areas in Bangladesh.
• Delivery Timeframes: While we guarantee efforts to deliver fresh goods promptly, delivery times are estimates and subject to local traffic and weather conditions in Dhaka.
• Receiving Goods: Customers are expected to inspect perishable items immediately upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we do not accept traditional returns. If you receive compromised, damaged, or incorrect items, you must notify us via email at fresh@uvimblot.com within 12 hours of delivery.

Any claims for refunds or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment or provided as store credit within 5-7 business days.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
